Fresh off of their recent debut single on Hypnotic Bridge Records, here comes the second single from the Electric Looking Glass! This Los Angeles quartet serves up a couple of dandy gems loaded with '60s-style baroque psychedelic flashes and smothered with sugar coated pop-psych goodness! Both jangly pop songs delivered with all the trimmings, from Mellotron and piano punctuations on to well-crafted vocal harmonies. A confectionery two-sider sure to appease your sweet tooth cravings!

The 10 'Hello Ghost' songs are all about freedom. Will Z. decided to record the album away from his familiar environment: "I wanted to get out of my habits and go on an adventure because that's what 'Hello Ghost' was about." In February 2018, Pierre Vancraenenbroeck and Will went to Berlin, to Lightning Recorders, a studio where time stopped in the '60s. "We recorded all the basic tracks on museum pieces, from drums to amp, console to tape recorder. This sound and our discovery of the town build our music and created a very special atmosphere, out of time." said Will Z. Back in Liège, Will Z. invited other musicians to Studio 5 to appear on his album: Éric Trillet, keyboardist who played on the original songs in the '90s, Fake Empire (a band composed of three sisters and a friend) and a string section led by violinist Anne-Claude Dejasse. The band teamed with filmmaker Caroline Poisson for videos of 'Hello Ghost'.

A Svart Mondo release. Black vinyl, 500 copies. Cuero (which means Leather in English) was an Argentinean band formed by the high calibre lineup of Nacho Smilari (lead guitar, vocals) and Carlos Calabró (drums) after the short-lived hard-rock super-group Piel De Pueblo from Buenos Aires split up. Musicians who had been in some of the more well known Buenos Aires-based bands of the '70s, their output before Cuero had been as eclectic as it was prolific for their time. Featuring original compositions of guitar-driven progressive rock with emotive vocals, jazz-rock and dramatic blues instrumentals, 'Tiempo Después' is a heavy rocking potpourri of the highest order. At times very experimental, Nacho's guitar work is a true highlight of the album, with delightful skill and wide ranging passages. The instrumental 'Tiempo Después', 'Nuevamente El Momento', 'No Sé Si Voy A Enloquecer', the blues 'Escucha Mi Voz', and the long, winding psych rock of 'Paula Acurrucada En Un Color' are all standout tunes on an action-packed blues-fueled heavy rocking gem. Recommended album for those who know and like Piel De Pueblo, Montes, Rockal Y La Cría and Pappo's Blues, but a treat of rare Argentinian gold for anyone who knows the meaning of hard rock. Original vinyl versions of 'Tiempo Después' are now very rare, so this reissue pulls it out of obscurity and back onto all good music freaks' turntables.

DDT (Dieter, Duvall and Taibi) is a project featuring members (past and present) from the two modern psych acts Carlton Melton and White Manna. 'Enter the Bend' hints at the sound of both bands, while incorporating more drones and a heavier, experimental sound. For fans of Sun Araw, Magic Lantern and (obviously) White Manna and Carlton Melton.

Domo was formed in early 2010 in Alicante as a result of a common link between its components for psychedelia and improvisation. A mix of heavy, hard rock and progressive rock styles of the seventies. Limited to 250 copies on black vinyl.

Debut album by one of California's most eclectic psychedelic rock bands, Dream Phases. 'So Long, Yesterday' will mark a bold new chapter in the five-piece's three year history that has already seen the band's following grow beyond their native Los Angeles to reach an international audience of fans anxiously awaiting their official debut. 'So Long, Yesterday' serves as a reflection on growing up in Los Angeles and the band's exploration of the diverse and expansive west coast. Topically, it ruminates on the end of long-term relationships and the lessons we learn in those situations - mixing thoughtful introspection with a healthy dose of optimism.

Through cosmic vortexes and comet zones the synthetic neo-kraut vessel E-Musikgruppe Lux Ohr has returned from its nearly four-year mission. 'Non Plus Ultra' is an eight-track cosmic voyage, where the space cadets Grönholm, Kärki, Penttinen and Virta pilot their fellow travelers beyond space and time. The trip was long and exhausting. Penttinen, our modular pilot, found a new planet on the way and hopped out of the spacecraft already before our return. Along the years, some tracks of the album have often been heard at live shows, but some of them have never or rarely been played before the audience. Mainly Grönholm and Penttinen are responsible for the compositions, but Virta has also composed two pieces. Some pieces took their shape through years of live playing and continuous rearrangement whereas the others were fully created in the studio. Legendary Eroc (Grobschnitt, among others) has mastered the double album. Since the beginning of the 1970s, he has had an enormous impact on the sound of German rock, especially progressive rock and krautrock, both as a recording and mastering engineer and a producer. The graphic artist Kimmo Heikkilä has conjured up the cosmic cover of the album. 500 copies.

The debut album by Full Tone Generator (Andy Fernando: guitar, bass, vocals, Brad Young: guitar, bass, backing vox, Brant Bjork: drums, backing vox) plays out like a love letter to the desert/stoner rock genre where Brant Bjork has become legendary for. Inspired by bands such as Kyuss, Fu Manchu and some of Brant's solo work. The album which was produced by Brant Bjork and Bubba Dupree has a darker tone that you wouldn't expect from the desert/stoner rock genre. The music is a mixture of psych, fuzz, stoner, punk, desert rock and hard rock which allows 'Valley Of The Universe' to be completely different especially on the later stages of the album.

Released in a strictly limited edition of only 300 copies on vinyl, Sweden's finest purveyors of guitar and Fender Rhodes-laden dreamy West Coast psychedelia return with their third album for Sugarbush Records.

The debut album from Australians Hazy J & The Wasted Daze consists of 2 EPs ('Silent Wizard' and 'Gypsy Mountain') and is a genre spanning concept rock journey. 'Gypsy Mountain' is a mix of ethereal and mystical stoner/psych rock whereas its counterpart 'Silent Wizard' blends heavier riffs and hard rock. Two journey's on either side of the same record, one dark, one light, all rock and roll. Comes on purple/orange vinyl and is very limited!

Türküola reissues another pearl from Erkin Koray's catalogue once again. It was previously released in Turkey as Erkin Koray's debut album. The album focuses on the oriental psychedelic singles of Erkin Koray from the era between 1967-1973. The ultra-energetic cover of 'The Land Of 1000 Dances' ('Sana Birseyler Olmus') with its killer organ, 'Mesafeler' with its aroma of LSD, 'Yagmur' with its psychedelic effects on an oriental piece, 'Kizlari Da Alin Askere', his first beat folk hit, 'Istemem' with its killer guitars and drums are the special pearls of this album. Also includes 'Askimiz Bitecek' with its electric bouzouki performance, which is a rare thing to hear in Turkish psychedelia. Last but not least Koray's Altin Mikrofon arrangement 'Çiçek Dagi' is a great beat piece with hard touches which is still covered by bands like Boom Pam. All these songs were performed by Erkin Koray with his several different bands such as Erkin Koray 4, Yeralti Dörtlüsü, and Super Group.

The fourth album from this Finnish folk-rock outfit.

Mind-expanding, soul-nourishing, hypnotic groove-inducing space stoner psychedelia from Hungary. Liquid sunlight drips down from the sky. Cloud forests nod their pine-firred heads. Shining stars dance and spin, curtsy and kneel. River shimmers and curls, twirling her long mossy locks. I am you, you are me, we are all.

A Svart Mondo release. Black vinyl, 500 copies. Alejandro Medina Y La Pesada was recorded in 1974 and is the only solo vinyl album released by Alejandro Medina. Born on 1 November 1949 in Buenos Aires, Medina had been in big bands since he was a young teenager, joining La Pesada Del Rock And Roll who included some of Argentina's finest musicians, such as Billy Bond (who handles the production on this album), Jorge Pinchevsky (who plays violin on this record) and Pappo, among others. Medina recorded four albums with La Pesada Del Rock And Roll who also played at the third Buenos Aires Rock Festival in November 1972, which was recorded in the movie 'Rock Until The Sun Goes Down'. On this, his solo album, he mixes delta style blues, progressive rock and bluesy style experimental ballads that feature sublime guitar work. Eclectic hard-rock guitar journeys with lush violins and powerful vocals. A deep collectors bounty, 'Alejandro Medina Y La Pesada' is a rare Argentinian heavy rock milestone. La Pesada (which means "The Heavy" in English) gives us a good idea of what to expect with this exceptional heavy jewel.

For more than three decades writers and critics have tried -in vain- to describe Piirpauke's debut. Dizzy Gillespie put it aptly one time by declaring that bebop as a genre of music never existed. There was Miles Davis music, Thelonious Monk music, Charlie Parker music. Some 20 years later in this Nordic world-corner, there was Pekka Pohjola music, Tasavallan Presidentti music and Piirpauke music. Pohjola was a bit more influenced by classical music, Tasavallan Presidentti by Anglo-American pop and rock music and Piirpauke by ethnic folk music. Each of them had modern jazz and free improvisation as one of their cornerstones. And they all made music that has survived easily for more than 30 years and which will continue to be acknowledged as timeless classics as the next decades pass by.

The Re-Stoned is an instrumental power trio from Moscow, Russia, who are generally considered by many as a 'psychedelic stoner rock' underground act because of the band's remarkable heavily fuzzed guitar sound that is empowered by confident old-school muscular riffing. To celebrate their 10 years of stage career here's an album of PURE LIVE SOUND, WITHOUT OVERDUBS!!! Performed at their anniversary gig on 30.12.2018 at the Model T music bar in Moscow. Limited to 200 copies on black vinyl.

The first ever official release of Craig Smith's psychedelic folk masterpiece 'Apache-Inca'. In 1972, after changing his name to Maitreya Kali, Craig compiled and custom-pressed two LPs documenting his musical journey from 1967-72, including tracks with the Penny Arkade. Combined into a double album set, 'Apache-Inca' was given away or sold hand to hand on the street before Maitreya... and Craig... disappeared into the shadows. Only a handful of original copies are known to exist. The last time one was offered for sale, it went for over $10,000. Pirate copies routinely sell for over $400. Released by arrangement with the Smith family, this lavish, top-of-the-line 2LP reissue is lovingly remastered and immaculately reproduced with all of its original artwork in a beautiful heavy duty tip-on gatefold jacket. Also includes a 16-page full-size booklet insert with rare photos, detailed liner notes, and reproductions of the original lyric sheet and poster artwork. Plus: a separate repro of the Maitreya pamphlet insert (with photos and writings), and an INCREDIBLE never-before-seen 'Inca' inner sleeve with Maitreya's own hand-drawn color artwork. Limited edition of 500 copies.

The loudest, most controversial and obnoxious revolutionary fist-in-your-face rock album of the early '70s. Suck's rapacious musical rampage through a conservative South Africa in 1970 is stuff that legends are made of! 'Time To Suck' is all howling feedback guitars, explosive drumming, an axe-wielding bassist and muscular vocal antics. 180 gram vinyl in semi-gloss gatefold sleeve. Limited to 500 copies

Double LP with gatefold cover including insert. White Coven is a Spanish band who plays '70s inspired rock originals. They want to bring back those dirty sounds and riff laden songs, with adding some prog, southern, blues and even funk influences. Limited to 300 copies on green vinyl.

After several shows with Lithics, Vintage Crop, Rays and Vanilla Poppers to name a few, Cry from Brussels recorded 4 tracks. 4 super wild synth punk ravers, reminiscent of the new Aussie scene, Nun, Spotting, Ubik and leading us to think of greats such as Black Abba, Lost Sounds and Causey Way.

Memes is John Meme and Paul Meme - a laptop rock duo from Glasgow, formed in February 2019. "Nine months is what Memes have taken to get together and release their first 7", whose strategy is based on a saturated lo-fi that makes post-punk and garage go hand in hand before the strings end up taking the control in favour of the motivating rock, implanting also its lyrical message in 'Happy Shopper', which takes it to the Sleaford Mods ground while the instrumentation is approaching a Christmas dyed of Bodega, getting noticed by the use of a megaphone with which they approach their lyrics to the people, causing the hips to not stop moving at any time, which well taken advantage of by 'Funny Man', means visiting the '70s, chanted by the '50s, generating a mosh whose limits are not yet defined."

PHONE JERKS - 10X10 (10") (10"/ALIEN SNATCH)

Alien Snatch 100th release in its 20th anniversary. With 10 tracks from the Phone Jerks on 10". Limited to 250 copies.

Glow Kit has been the best kept garage pop secret in northern Europe. The Danish duo knew how knock out power pop songs in times when Burger Records just started to reissue garage pop records on tape. On 'Naive Antlers' Kasper and Kristoffer again let it bumble around, shakin' of lo-fi accoustic pop. The super catchy vocals remind of the modern Dwarves gems.

Vision 3D will take your lethargic senses by storm with a no-brakes chaotic andrenaline rush of stripped-down, highly-addictive, unwashed and heartfelt punky tunes peppered with jittery and angular post-punk guitar riffs, crashing garage vibrancy and alluring French speaking vocal hooks. 200 copies. Hand screen printed covers.

Two tracks ('Metronome' and 'Moscow 1980') by the late '70s post-punk/punk-funk band from Manchester, remixed by Cousin Cole and Matt Wedderkopp & James Taylor.

THANK - PLEASE (10") (10"/EXAG')

"Leeds-based noise rock band Thank trade in groovily abrasive riffs, burbling synths, disco-punk drum patterns and high level ranter vocals." ~The Quietus. Following on from their debut 'Sexghost Hellscape' EP of 2017, Thank have joined forces with Belgian label EXAG' and UK based Buzzhowl Records for the release of 'Please'. For fans of The Body, Xiu Xiu, Daughters, Whatever Brains, Scott Walker.

'Welcome To The Isle Of Dogs' is the second studio album from The Bonaparte's, an emblematic figure of French post-punk, originally released in 1986, with the participation of Lol Tolhurst, founding member of The Cure. Vocals and guitar remind of Echo & The Bunnymen, other titles have the energy of Killing Joke, even in the psychedelic or gothic moods. Remastered and includes a bonus track. Comes on 200 gram vinyl.

Reissue on vinyl for this 1991 album by Finnish indie rocker Kauko Röyhkä. Limited to 300 copies.

Reissue of 1996 album by Absoluuttinen Nollapiste singer Tommi Liimatan, including previously unreleased material.

'Voyage' to Pierre Vassiliu, was not only the title of an album of his, but also a philosophy of life. Travels were not for vacation or rest. They were synonyms of meetings, new music and sometimes, simply, life. These experiences around the world nourished his work, and his career allowed him to set foot on every continent. But his most beautiful travels took place in recording studios. When Pierre was discovered by Eddie Barclay, he released an album where mainstream pop, Latin rhythms and Herbie Hancock's 'Headhunters'-inspired jazz-funk were perfectly mixed. Vassiliu switched to RCA, which marked the beginning of his 'African' period. But he became depressed from the music industry after sevral failures. By the beginning of the 2000s, Pierre's recording career seemed to be at a standstill. It took the strength of a handful of fans from his town of Meze to allow a final album to be funded: 'Pierre Precieuses', a blend of Africa, Guadeloupe and Latin America, with an Yves Montand cover, a "techno" track and a folk song. Not long after the release of the album, he was diagnosed Parkinson's disease. Pierre passed away in 2014. Comes with download code.

'SYSTEEMISSAKO VIKA?!?' - The second 'Punk Elää' box set, 'Systeemissäkö Vika?!?' (Something Wrong With The System?!?) offers three replicas of privately pressed Finnish punk seven inches from 1980. The most famous title here is the debut seven inch by Rattus, 'Khomeini-Rock'. Known for their classic hardcore records such as 'WC Räjähtää' (1982), the band's first single was a self-financed affair of 200 copies only. This new facsimile edition presents a rare chance to hear how the band's early steps in search of their style sounded like. Lapsuuden Loppu (Childhood's End) existed for a brief period first in 1979 and then with another lineup in 1980. This latter version of the band, who hailed from northern Finland, close to the Swedish border, wanted to steer clear of new wave which was rearing its head and becoming fashionable, and stuck to hard-hitting old school punk. They managed to self-release a self-titled seven inch before splitting up, original copies now almost impossibly rare to find. Systeemi, whose debut single also gave this set its title, differs from many of their contemporary DIY punk rock groups in that they made a second 7-inch too, although not until 1983. This 1980 debut, 'Systeemissäkö Vika?!?' was the fruit of youngsters that met each other at a vocational school in Jyväskylä, central Finland, in the late seventies. They named the band Systeemi in 1979 and entered the studio on the spring of 1980. The self-released record, as with all titles in this set, has become a holy grail for punk rock collectors due to its obscurity and extremely low pressing run.

Today, with experimental accents noisy and hovering, integrating voice and textures, analog synthesis, sound recordings of space, plasma frequencies and processed sounds, La Division Technique proposes compositions with electronic ambient-noise themes, developed on psychedelic melodic beaches with unusual and captivating sound time capsules. Released by Ubahn, in collaboration with Rotorelief. Limited to 100 copies.

Long awaited, finally Folkstorm returns with another full length assault in the classic orthodox Swedish industrial style - no computers or modern tricks, just old analogue junk and a pissed off giant to orchestrate the mayhem. All the elements you expect to find are there - harsh noise, fierce vocals, pounding drums and bad attitude. A great comeback after eight years of silence that makes no excuses.

2019 album from the heavy sludge metal supergroup featuring members of Blood Farmers, Church of Misery, Trouble, Fistula and Solace. Black wax

A 1978 tune by living reggae legend Lee Scratch Perry, reissued on 7-inch with an Upsetters dub version on the flip.

Not the English guitar group, but a rather obscure trio of reggae singers released this Black Ark recorded song in 1978. Now it's back on 7-inch vinyl, backed with a fine dub version.

Now back on 7-inch is a killer piece of 1977 Black Ark magic from Earl Daley, Lee Perry, Steely, Albert Malawi and Dalton Browne. Original roots reggae by the man Earl Sixteen, recorded and produced in pure classic Lee Scratch Perry style!

'King Tubby's Prophecies Of Dub' almost looks like an album that was designed to confuse record collectors and dub enthusiasts. Firstly, the record carries nearly the same title as a slightly earlier release - also produced by Vivian Jackson, aka Yabby You. Yabby You: "First we do 'King Tubby's Prophecy Of Dub', it come just after my first vocal LP. Then there was 'King Tubby's Prophecies Of Dub' that was mixed by Pat Kelly, who was working at Tubby's at the time." Pat Kelly: "Well fortunately Yabby You put my name (on it). I think I made them three one night, and then another week also he come back and do another three, and so it was done over some period of time. Yabby was with me most of the time, but I was always left to do what I wanted with the mix." Secondly, King Tubby is named in the title, but the rear sleeve states that the album had 'Pat Kelly at the control'. This is more understandable, as the record was mixed at Tubby's studio and carries its signature sound. After 1975, Tubby had partly stepped back from mixing work, but was still credited with most of the music coming out of his studio. And thirdly, further confusion comes from the fact that most of the backing tracks used were not actually produced by Yabby, but belonged to Bunny 'Striker' Lee. Bunny Lee: "Yabby You and Pat Kelly go behind my back and make it up. Me never even know about it till years later when Steve Barrow bring it to my attention. But it was my riddims and they used them." Bunny stored his multitrack tapes in a big wardrobe in the studio, allowing King Tubby to cut dubplates from them to be played in the dances. Whether due to a misunderstanding or some long forgotten agreement, it was these 4-track tapes that Yabby presumably felt entitled to use to create this LP. The two producers had shared backing tracks before, with Yabby recording Tommy McCook's sublime 'Death Trap' over one of Bunny's rhythms, and Bunny had long acted as a mentor to Yabby. Whatever the reason, eleven of the album's tracks were dubs of the latest Bunny Lee productions, and by delving into Bunny's tape archives we can see that the rhythms were often pulled from the same 4-track reels, and sequenced pretty much in the order they came off the tapes. So the opening two dubs are from the same multitrack: Linval Thompson's 'Long Long Dreadlocks', and an unreleased cut of 'Simmer Down' by Johnny Clarke on a modified 'Move Out Of Babylon' rhythm. This is followed by Johnny's version of Curtis Mayfield's 'Ten To One' as covered by the Mad Lads. Then there are four cuts pulled from Delroy Wilson's 'Sings For I' album, and two from Horace Andy, 'Serious Thing' and 'Man To Man'. After Johnny Clarke's 'Live Up Jah Man' and 'Stop The Tribal War', the album concludes with the sole Yabby You rhythm, a dub of Dicky Burton's 'God Is Watching You' that is noticeably different from the Tubby's mix as heard on the 'Beware Dub' album. Throughout, Pat's mixing is detailed and subtle, focusing the listener into the musicality of the backing tracks. The LP was released in 1976 in very limited numbers on the Prestige label, probably with the involvement of Prince Tony Robinson, with a further limited pressing appearing on the Prophets label. This reissue at last allows an obscure and mysterious album to be enjoyed by a wider audience. Yabby You: "Dub music carry the message. If you play the music it captivate your mood, it bring you and draw you out of that folliness, and brings you into consciousness." Musicians include: drums: Leroy 'Horsemouth' Wallace, Sly Dunbar, Carlton 'Santa' Davis, bass: Aston 'Family Man' Barrett, Robbie Shakespeare, guitar: Earl 'Chinna' Smith, Tony Chin, keyboards: Aston 'Family Man' Barrett, Bernard 'Touter' Harvey, Ansel Collins, Winston Wright, horns: Tommy McCook, Richard 'Dirty Harry' Hall, Bobby Ellis, Vin Gordon.

Official reissue of this Panamanian Latin-funk/soul classic by The Exciters from the early '70s. The Pan-Caribbean workforce brought in to build the Panama Canal shaped the musical culture on the isthmus, and it became a hot-spot for new rhythms. Growing out of the combos nacionales scene, one of the most successful funk and soul groups of '60s and '70s Panama, Los Dinamicos Exciters (later The Exciters) was led by drummer Horacio `Ray' Adams. Legendary in their day, the band were booked solid for years. Their core sound was Latin soul and funk (heavily influenced by James Brown) but they also played boogaloo, calypso and ska. The US Black Power movement struck a chord, especially in the Canal Zone, where Afro-Panamanians had long suffered discrimination. Co-founders of the Instituto Soul, the Exciters were the first to invite an African-American 'soul queen' to lead their carnival parade in 1971. Regular edition in red sleeve, limited to 400 copies.

Timo Kaukolampi presents the soundtrack to Mira Kautto's dance performance. This throbbing and pulsating ambient piece, served in four cuts, will be available as a limited edition (333 copies) LP only.

'Floral Shoppe' is the cult studio album by the American electronic musician under the one-time alias Macintosh Plus, released on December 9, 2011. Since then, 'Floral Shoppe' has been considered to be the defining album of the vaporwave style and been heralded as one of the most significant albums in the early days of vaporwave. Now the album is available first time on CD. In a retrospective review, Adam Downer of Sputnikmusic characterized the album as "constantly and delightfully unsettling" and "a beautiful record that's both warm and strange, nostalgic and futuristic, bizarre and totally simple." Writing for Pitchfork, Miles Bowe concluded, "Nothing could change or improve its sound which, even after thousands of soundalikes, has lost none of its perception-shattering power." Vice (Noisey) included 'Floral Shoppe' on their ranking of the 100 best albums of the 2010s.

During the height of the turned-on 1960s and '70s occult explosion even the under the counter men's magazines got in on the act and began a surreal exploration of the haunting netherworld of Witchcraft and Satanism. This monumental art book reveals a world of diabolical smut that was so compelling and obscure that many people today would actually question whether or not the magazines were real or just an elaborate and detailed modern photo editing invention. A few salacious titles and images on the internet sparked imaginations, and strongly inspired bands in the doom/black//heavy metal genre, eventually these alluring images found their way to record covers and T-shirts, but mostly remaining shadowy, mysterious, and elusive. Magazines so impossible to hunt down that their very existence seemed an urban myth. Well, they are real and they are spectacular! These magazines are in fact, out there in the world. They are collecting dust in attics, basements, and garages. Hidden away from sight. Unsavory treasures deemed too filthy and then forgotten by their lustful owners. This massive 384 pages deluxe hardcover book is a glimpse into a vast and shocking world that still remains virtually unknown and unexplored. These artifacts come from a bygone era promoting sexual revolution and freedom with overt and unholy occult themes. If you have any issues with hardcore witchcraft and Satanism, body hair or nudity, don't pick this book up and quickly get it out of your sight, and forget everything we've mentioned. Just remember life's too short to take everything so seriously. Flesh is beautiful. It's time to descend into the infernal witches' cauldron and deep down into the hellish pit for a real Black Mass. Includes a thorough review and collector's guide of each rare publication as well as illuminating essays on the subject. Hardcover, 384 pages, limited edition 1000 copies.
