Exact repro of the rare Brunswick-debut album from '67. The Artistics was an excellent 4-piece vocal soul group in the vein of the Four Tops, mid '60s Temptations, or Archie Bell & The Drells. The 12 tracks, both ballads and up tempo's, were produced by Carl Davis and Eugene Record of Chi-Lites fame. This LP includes the chart bustin' title track, plus great songs s.a. 'Glad I Met You', 'Girl I Need You' and 'Why Why Why'.
