'Searching Low And High' was originally released in 2005 on CD in Japan only. The CD was very expensive and sells on ebay for insane prices, making it the rarest of the Eternal Elysium albums. Being the first release to feature bassist Tana Haugo and drummer Antonio Ishikawa in the new incarnation of Eternal Elysium, the album travels into fresh musical territory for the band, melding a decidedly "rock" sound into their classic mix of psychedelic doom influenced stoner metal. Inspired by the adventures of trying to score a bag of the "sticky icky" in the mystical land of Japan, 'Searching Low & High' on vinyl features all 8 classic cuts from the original CD, re-mixed and mastered the way the band intended, and including two additional bonus tracks, never released anywhere ('Eternal Elysium' and 'The Spiral Conclusion'). At almost 80 minutes of stony aural goodness, this double LP-set is presented in a beautiful heavy weight gatefold cover.
