The 12-track album 'Alta Loma', named after a hotel in John Fante's book 'Ask The Dust', takes on a much heavier '70s psych sound than their previous works. Garage rock influences are still widely felt throughout the songs, but the band have moved on to a much more progressive approach, even including extended drum solos mixed with theremin. The whole album was recorded live in two days and mixed in one day using only analogue equipment. The song 'Rattlesnake Necklace' has already been released to the general public gaining rave reactions and comparisons to Tom Waits, The Doors and The Cramps.
