Maestro Cipriani is one of the best known and most appreciated composers of Italian soundtracks. The rare 'Rhythmical Movement' LP originally appeared in a tiny run as a promo-library release on CAM records in 1980. This impressive album contains elements of jazz, (at times) psychy funk and soul, samba and even disco, resulting in a steaming collection of tunes. There also are references to the classic tradition of Italian crime scores, of which Cipriani is one of the absolute Masters. Two tracks were composed with Michael Fraser, the famous British musician and producer who was very active in Italy in the '70s.
