King Curtis

Instant Groove

King Curtis was an R&B saxophonist who had numerous charting albums in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He was tragically stabbed to death in 1971 at the early age of 37. One of his best albums featured another great musician who died young, Duane Allman. That album is 'Instant Groove', which reached # 160 on the Billboard album charts in 1969. This is a fine, fine album, originally released by ATCO. Exact repro!
