'In This Perfect Hell', the fifth album by The Routes, contains
ten original songs. No filler and no covers. From the start,
you can tell this is not your stereotypical garage album. The
band stripped everything right down in the playing department,
with leader Chris Jack playing pretty much everything apart
from the drums. The result is a little psyche, a little fuzzy garage, but not exactly one or the other.
