Back on 7-inch is a top slice of early '90s digital roots from reggae legend Earl 16, best known for his work with the likes of Lee Perry, Augustus Pablo, Mikey Dread, Leftfield and Dreadzone. 'African People' was previously available on Earl's 1992 album 'Boss Man'. This release also featurs the track H.I.M. Speech' and a fine dub version.
