Sixth album by Glasgow based darkwave/post-punk duo. Depressive noisy synths, minimal drum machines and haunting female vocals soud together as the Coceteau Twins plays the 'Pornography' album from The Cure in a claustrophobc session. 'Persona Normal' is an album that surprises many by its more direct, rough and aggressive sound while the band's previous work sounded a bit more ethereal, ambient pop or even romantic.
