Leevi And The Leavings
Kadonnut Laakso (blue)
During their career, Leevi and the Leavings released 16 studio albums and topped the sales charts without playing a single gig. The band's popularity was largely based on the songs written by their frontman Gösta Sundqvist, which dealt with tough topics with humor and irony. With Gösta's death in 2003, the band was disbanded, but the songs loved by the people remained to paint the Finnish soul landscape until the very end. 'Kadonnut Laakso' is Leevi's third full-length album from 1982. The album, which received less attention in its release year, has been reissued on vinyl over the years by Johanna and Svart Records and has risen in appreciation as one of the band's most important releases. Edition on transparent blue vinyl.
