Following the success of 'From Then 'Til Now', here is 'From Dub 'Til Now', an instrumental and dub album featuring over 50 Jamaican reggae legends, from Sly & Robbie to Ernest Ranglin and the Roots Radics. This unique project, initiated by Swiss pianist Mathias Liengme, pays tribute to studio musicians the true architects of reggae's legendary riddims. Recorded in Kingston with veterans ranging in age from 60 to 85, this album resurrects the golden age of dub with the inventive touch of producer Roberto Sr to King Tubby and Lee "Scratch" Perry. A sonic journey between heritage and modernity, 100% roots.
