Founded after the demise of kraut/hard rock band Straight Shooter, Silberstreif was a short-lived German NDW/synth pop/wave duo featuring Georg Buschmann and Hans Plankert. The duo's only official release at the time was the 1983 12-inch single 'Ich Suche Dein Gesicht'. Now the three songs from that noteworthy release get reissued, together with four archival tracks.
