Danny Krivit edited the track in 2007, adding an acappella version on the front - still a big record with DJ's. 'When I'm Near You' is a brilliant, deeper cut taken from the 'Sylvers II' LP. Beautiful, golden-era soul written by Leon Sylvers III, produced by Jerry Butler and Keg Johnson.
