This LP walks among beat outbursts, orchestral tracks and some references to the rock sound of the time. "Psichedelica" contains the first version of Umiliani's most famous composition: "Mah-Nà Mah-Nà", a track that will be a mixed blessing of his artistic life, here appearing as an outtake from the "Svezia Inferno e Paradiso" OST, under the title "Viva la sauna svedese". The music on 'Psichedelica' contains wonderful orchestrated pieces, space age leanings, bits of jazz-funk and rocking tracks in the fashion of the era, best showcased by the two versions of 'Hippies'. Excellent stuff!
