Presented here is a tribute to US punk legends The Germs as envisioned by Bill Bartell (Pat Fear from White Flag) to be the sequel to his last Germs tribute, 'A Small Circle of Friends'. This was intended to be a full length release, but only these three tracks were collected before Bill passed away. The EP includes liner notes by punk filmmaker David Markey and Tony Reflex from The Adolescents.
