'Waiting For The Piano To Fall' is the third LP from Nick Wheeldon, as he tried to capture a moment, an acoustic photograph, or a 'living painting'. The album is about the fragility of love, but not only that. There are darker, more political themes running through the album. Nick is accompanied by The Living Paintings: Nico Brusq (Greg Ashley) on drums, Stéphane Jach (Jach Ernest) on fiddle, Luc Martin (Bootchy Temple) on bass, Sam Roux (Handy Curse) on piano and keyboards and Paul Trigoulet (Don Idiot) on lead guitar. The band gives a surprising colour, shape, confidence and experience to his hypersensitive anti-folk songs.
